Latin America PPE and oilfield equipment supplier: your procurement partner in Venezuela

Within PPE, the most requested items by international operators are NFPA 2112 flame-resistant coveralls, NIOSH-approved respirators, cartridges and filters, dielectric gloves in classes 00 through 4 (ASTM D120 / IEC 60903), ASTM F2413 safety footwear and ANSI Z359 fall-protection harnesses. We also arrange coiled tubing and well services with American partners.

We supply original, certified product — not "equivalent" substitutes — from 3M and Moldex (respiratory and hearing protection), Ansell and Showa (hand protection, including ActivArmr dielectric gloves), Radians (eye, hearing and head protection), DuPont (Nomex flame-resistant apparel and Tyvek chemical protection), Bullard (hard hats) and Dunlop (industrial and chemical footwear). Certification references — NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA 2112, ASTM, COVENIN — are stated line by line on every quote, so your QA function can approve the item before the purchase order is issued.

Compliance and documentation posture

Most procurement failures in this market are documentary, not commercial. Our posture is built for a buyer whose finance, compliance and audit teams sit outside Venezuela:

• Legal identity. COMERINC, C.A., RIF (Venezuelan tax ID) J-50502956-8, registered in Caracas. The legal name on the quote, the purchase-order acknowledgement and the invoice is the same entity.
• USD invoicing. Quotes and invoices are issued in U.S. dollars, with validity, delivery point and lead time stated explicitly.
• Bilingual EN/ES. The full transaction — RFQ, technical clarification, purchase order, delivery note, invoice — can be handled in English or Spanish end to end. In Venezuela this is the exception, not the norm.
• Purchase-order handling. We accept and acknowledge POs in writing, confirming quantity, specification, unit price, delivery city and date per line, and report partial deliveries against the original PO lines.
• Supplier registration and prequalification. We complete vendor registration forms, HSE and prequalification questionnaires and supplier portal onboarding, and provide corporate, tax and product certification documentation on request. We are a registered UN vendor on the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM #1239266) and hold the Venezuelan National Contractor Registry (RNC) certificate required to contract with the oil sector.
• Counterparty screening. We understand the sanctions context that governs Venezuela-related transactions and support your compliance team's screening and documentation requirements. We do not give legal advice — confirm the licensing basis of any transaction with your own counsel.

We deliver nationwide in Venezuela, including to operating sites rather than only to a capital-city warehouse: Caracas, Maracaibo, Valencia, Barquisimeto, Maracay, Puerto La Cruz, Maturín, El Tigre, Anaco, Punto Fijo, Cabimas, Ciudad Ojeda and Ciudad Guayana — covering the Zulia and Falcón fields in the west, the Anzoátegui and Monagas fields and the Orinoco Belt in the east, and the industrial corridors of the centre.

Lead times

Every quote separates stock from import, per line, so your planners can schedule against it:

• Local stock: ships within days of the purchase order, plus domestic transit to the delivery city.
• Non-stock PPE and API drilling tools: ordered from the manufacturer, with an import lead time of several weeks depending on the item and freight route.
• Rigs and capital equipment: quoted case by case against the drilling programme.

For recurring consumables — coveralls, gloves, respirator cartridges, hi-vis, boots — an in-country supplier is the difference between replenishing in days and repeating the full import cycle every quarter. That is the practical argument for wholesale supply from a local partner rather than shipping every carton from Houston or Rotterdam.
